INSTRON Biaxial Cruciform
Instron planar biaxial cruciform systems use high-stiffness, precision-aligned annular frames with four advanced actuators mounted in-plane and perpendicular to one another. Using the 8800 controller they control translation and deformation of each axis, and suit large strain-field coverage in two-axis tensile, LCF, HCF and thermo-mechanical testing.
