INSTRON Dynamic Torsion Testing System
New technology places new demands on modern clutch systems and on the power flow between engine and transmission: rapid, reliable separation and connection of the power flow, smooth moving-off, damping of engine vibrations, easy operation, long life and minimal installation space. The dynamic torsion testing system is designed for operational fatigue testing of torsional vibration dampers under rotational speed, including the centrifugal forces, for examining wear of clutch components and damping elements and for determining torque characteristics over the angle of rotation.
