INSTRON HyperGplus Crash Simulation System
The HyperGplus is Instron’s optimised crash simulation sled system: a gas-powered, brake-controlled platform for automotive and aerospace passive safety programmes that need reliable, accurate crash pulse reproduction with lower complexity and reduced operating costs compared with high-volume catapult systems. The patented Fast Charge System cuts the maximum time between two tests to approximately 25 minutes and reduces energy and gas consumption. It uses the same rail and sled system as the CSAadvanced.
