ASC 1000 scraper system

The ASC scraper system is a stand-alone accessory for DISPERMAT® dissolvers and stirrers (with H2 electric stand) for effectively dispersing non-flowing, high-viscosity products. The container rotates while the scraper arm remains static: a spring-loaded, sickle-shaped arm is held against the container wall and continually pushes material downwards toward the dispersion impeller so that all material is dispersed. It is held by the clamping arms of the dissolver and lowered into the container.
