CDS2000 vacuum system

The CDS system allows dispersion in single-walled containers in a closed system under vacuum. The container is placed in the holder; a double-walled holder is available for cooling. After the liquid and powder are added, the glass cover is lowered over the vacuum shaft guide tube and the product is set into a turbulence-free rolling motion. Impeller height can be changed even under vacuum, and the process can be observed through the large glass cover. The system can be equipped with a particularly bright LED light and an integrated infrared temperature measurement. Modular accessory for DISPERMAT® dissolvers.
