CHS60 vacuum system

Modular CHS vacuum dispersion system with a mobile vacuum chamber for single-walled steel containers, hobbocks and customized dispersion containers (7-60 litres). It comprises a dissolver shaft with vacuum cover, the outer vacuum chamber and a moveable base. The customer’s own container is secured on the base, the vacuum chamber is placed over it, the base is moved under the dissolver and the vacuum cover is lowered. Disc height is adjustable; a powerful LED lamp and viewing window are fitted; an optional high-torque scraper system is available for high-viscosity materials and an optional PT100 sensor for product temperature. No container cleaning is needed between batches. An ATEX explosion-proof design is also available.
