TORUSMILL TML10 basket mill
The modular TORUSMILL® TML basket mill converts a DISPERMAT® dissolver into a highly efficient batch bead milling system; the dissolver shaft is replaced without tools. An integral pumping wheel circulates the beads and millbase through the double-walled cooled basket with a screen that retains the beads. Excellent dispersion results in a short time, high repeatability, narrow particle size distribution, no dead areas, no escape of beads, closed system, low energy requirement and simple cleaning. Designs: standard (beads from 0.5 mm), NANO (from 0.2 mm) and VACUUM; ceramic and scraper options.
