The zirconium dioxide (ZrO₂) sensor measures oxygen over the whole 0–100 vol.-% range without drift; at low concentrations it reaches ±0.02 vol.-% accuracy. Suitable for oxygen-free and oxygen-rich atmospheres and for continuous gas-mixture monitoring.
