TMS torque measuring system
TMS© torque measuring system for DISPERMAT® CA and AE dissolvers

TMS torque measuring system
TMS© accurately measures and records the torque and speed of the dissolver drive during dispersion; the accuracy class of the sensor is 0.1. It allows checking viscosity changes in a dispersion and determining the stabilization condition beyond which deagglomeration no longer takes place, and provides verifiable documentation of the dispersion process. Torque sensors are available in set measuring ranges according to the application. Hinged clamps allow quick mounting between the dissolver motor and shaft and use on several dissolvers of the same type. Windows software shows the data graphically and stores it (also as an MS Excel-compatible file); optional link to the WINDISP© 7 software. Values are sensed directly at the dispersion shaft and therefore cannot be compared with the calculated values of the C-control system.
