Taber V-5 Stiffness Tester 150-T

The Taber V-5 Stiffness Tester 150-T evaluates stiffness and resiliency of paper, paperboard, plastics, metals, textiles, rubber, wire, tubing, felts and other sheet materials with ±1.0 % accuracy for specimens 0.004–0.297 in thick. A bi-directional pendulum weighing system has nine ranges, from extremely light foils to rigid plastics; the result is the moment load in Taber Stiffness Units (g·cm). The optional Sensitivity Range Attachment (range 1) tests materials with values of 0–1; v-notches in the clamps allow testing of wire and cable.
